The lighting has been developed with close attention being paid to the way in which physically handicapped people lead their lives, and for the purpose of improving the live s of the disabled who are often forced to experience discriminatory situations in real life. A light is installed in walking sticks for the blind, which provides safety and communication functions, and creates a new addition to the look of the town.
