蛍は毎年７月になると交尾のためメスが尾を光らせ、オスはその光に向かって集まってくるといいます。
昔から火（あかり）のあるところには動物が集まるという習性があります。人間もまた暖炉や囲炉裏の火を囲んで和をつくり、くつろぐ。火のゆらめきが心を和ませる。自然の風の力で奏でる風鈴のように、暗闇をそよぐ光の風鈴。戦争や今の時代で病んでしまった心を和ます光の風。

In June every year female fireflies have their tails glowing and male ones gather around them for mating.
It is said where there is light living creatures gather. Human beings gather around the hearth to feel relaxed.
The sight of the flame gives them comfort.
As a Japanese wind bell(Fu-Rin) plays with the wind, so this Fu-Rin of light which sways in the dark comforts sick souls and cures them from the sufferings of the nasty age, especially of wars.
