タイトル通り、すべての境界を無くす照明。
天井をまるごとディスプレイにすることにより、照明器具としての境界を無くし、部屋どうしの境界を無くし、天井に空を映し出すことにより、家の中と外の境界を無くし、最終的には国と国との境界を無くしたかった。
言うまでもなく、光の根源は太陽であり、人間は原初の昔から無償のエネルギーを受け、生かされている。
少なくとも照明が太陽と同じ働き、目的を果たすならば、カタチは無くてもいいし、照明器具として部屋の中に存在していなくてもいいんではないだろうか。

This is, as its title shows, a lighting free from any border line.
Through making the ceiling a display, I planned to get rid of any limitation of the conventional lighting equipments.
Through projecting the sky on the ceiling I wanted to get free from the border line between rooms, between home and abroad, inside and outside and, ultimately from national boundaries.
It goes without saying that the sun is the source of light.
Blessed with its energy supply man has survived since time immemorial.
If the lighting is to play a similar role to that of the sun, it will not have to take any specific shape nor have to exist in your room as an equipment.
