金城＆塚本＆和田＆西野／照明において熱エネルギーは廃熱エネルギーとして無視されてきた。そこで我々は廃熱エネルギーの有効利用を求めた。熱によって生じる気流がプロペラを動かす動的エネルギーを導き出し、見えない熱エネルギーの可視化を図った。

Today, the heat given off by light is largely ignored and treated simply as waste energy. It is for this reason that we decided to search for a way to make effective use of the heat energy generated by light. We decided to use the air currents created by the heat given off by light to convert this heat into dynamic energy capable of moving a propeller so as to make the heat energy originally invisible to the eye into something palpable which may be seen.
