There was a tendency that an idea and a principle took a lead over design aspects and an approach expressing a new design in a new form was lacking. However it was pointed out that the gold wining“ light & light / light and lighting and its whereabouts” could be evaluated only in Japan, the work was awarded by strongly being supported for its use of honeycomb paper and possibility to be developed into a product with diverse use and easy to store features.
It was again pointed out that together with function the further eort to seek design’s innovative nature was inevitable as a future issue for students.
