| この回のテーマは、第4回以降に設定された6つのテーマから自由選択となったため、応募作品の傾向も多岐に及んだ。技術をテーマにしながらユーモアを感じさせるライト、身体の不自由なかたのためのライト、コストパフォーマンスの高いライトなど、今までの作品にひと工夫した力作が集まり、10年の歩みと、その豊かな実りを実感させた。金賞の「SNAILAMP」は、既成の金属製メジャーをカタツムリに見立てた作品で、楽しいアイディアが才能を感じさせた。 |

Entrants to the Tenth Competition were required to choose one from the six themes which had been given in the past, starting from the Fourth Competition. This resulted in a wide diversification in tendencies seen with entry designs. Many designs successfully showed improvements and enhanced techniques, which helped us make sure of the great include, for instance, the light focusing on advanced technology complete with a hint of humor, the light designed for the disabled, the light focusing on high-cost performance, etc. The Gold Award went to“ SNAILAMP”, in which a metal tape measure is likened to a snail, showing an enjoyable approach and a great talent. |
